Born and raised on the coast of Maine, I awoke every day to the beauty of the ocean.  In 1984, I moved my love of the shore to a warmer climate and began by career in real estate working for a developer on the coast of South Carolina… and I have worked full time in real estate every since.

I have had amazing opportunities to wear many hats for many facets of our industry, for some of the top companies in the nation – primarily in property management, marketing and sales.  Those various positions have provided me with a broad range of experiences in many different cities and markets.

Devoting my career to the real estate industry has given me the skills to provide inspired staging, savvy negotiation skills, extensive knowledge of marketing, superior customer service and a sincere commitment to ethics to fulfill my customers’ needs.

It was only natural for me to choose the beautiful Daytona Beach area as my permanent home.  As previous manager of The Condo Marketplace in Daytona Beach, I led the highly successful sales force for Oceans Grand Condominium, Salida del Sol Condominium and other projects in the area.
